I hooked up the icemaker in to my invert osmosis drinking water supply beneath the sink. Since reading the critiques I replaced the plastic material nut around the water line input having a brass enthusiast and compression fitting. Nice as well as tight, no leaks.

So in conclusion, It’s a lot better than the countertop icemaker which i was previously using because I don’t have to manually fill it along with water. It creates about 1/3 the actual ice yield as the countertop icemaker. It utilizes 100 watts more power compared to the countertop icemaker. It runs much quieter, and the actual ice remains in the freezer area, so it does not melt just like the ice in the countertop icemaker. Overall, it’s nothing to create home concerning. The customer must not have to fix a brand new item to get it working the first time. The simply reason which i repaired it absolutely was because I did not desire to pay to ship this back for any simple restore.
